In a garden where branches gently bend

١. الراحُ يَجلوها غَزالٌ أَغيَدُ
في رَوضَةٍ أَغصانُها تَتَأَوَّدُ

2. So drink from the silver water there
From that sweet water, pure and cool

٢. فَاِشرَب عَلى الماءِ الَّذي هُوَ فِضَّةق
مِن ذَلِكَ الماءِ الَّذي هُوَ عَسجَدُ

3. As if the meadowflowers were pearls
And the boughs were columns of emerald

٣. فَكَأَنَّما شَرَفُ الأَقاحي لُؤلُؤٌ
وَكَأَنَّما عُمُدُ الغُصونِ زَبَرجَدُ
