1. Thus the dazzling miracle appears
Witnessed by the righteous and the wicked
2. And the oft-told miracle is narrated
By the absent and the present
3. Some behold it and believe
Others behold it and are tormented
4. For some hearts it is a solace
For others it brings joy aloft
5. Lift your thoughtful gaze, O rational one
And rouse yourself, O heedless one
6. Examine the glorious deeds of the Prophet's family
Suffice you what the publishers have spread
7. And I relate to you a true account
That pierces the heart of the enemy
8. Yesterday it became clear to us
A miracle, his command is dazzling
9. In the place of his absence, verily
The brother of a mute, his illness apparent
10. His mouth was muted, his tongue still
He was afflicted by time, the betrayer
11. Seeking a cure, he came
To the one absent yet present
12. And was taught words for hire
Deviating from the purpose, unjust
13. While he suffered, his thoughts perplexed
His annoyance left him confused
14. Then he was freed from that muteness
And relieved of that harm
15. So he went to his Master praising
And remembering His miracles
16. By my life, his illness was erased
By a hand every living being thanks
17. A hand that has always been merciful
Thus the Creator ordained it to be
18. Speak, even if souls resent it
Whose burning hearts are straitened
19. Say that the Riser of the Prophet's family
Possesses the authority and command
20. Does the muteness of his visitor prevent him
From that which the visitor professes sincerely?
21. And invites him sincerely to heal him
Deeming that he is capable
22. While he hopes for salvation through him
And he accepts the faltering one
23. Nay, he is the perfect savior
When dire tribulations arise
24. This miracle is not fabricated
By the corrupt and wicked
25. Keep mentioning it, O tongue of time
With your fragrant mouth spread it
26. Be elated with it time and again
Its dwellers have inhabited flourishing lands
27. He is the noble Hasan the Chosen
The heavy clouds of his mercy pour forth
28. And say: You are immaculate from any flaw
Through which the Forgiver erases sins
29. Nay, the mere mention of you to people
Leaves a clear trace on their faces
30. To some you are a secret of one who saw
And you are his shining attribute
31. To others you are the misfortune of one who saw
And are described through his loss
32. Indeed Hasan the Generous has bestowed bounties
Congratulating you, openhanded
33. You are a garden of intimacy through him
And his morals are your gazing meadow

The weaving of piety is his pure cloak
35. He is an ocean, though overflowing with knowledge
As if he has saturated the meadows with dew

It's giver heralds it, traveling
37. To the place of wishes, the destitute does not complain
Of its father or mother being barren
38. The mention of his virtues took flight in righteous deeds
Soaring through the horizons
39. His worth has become so great, no poet
Can attain his sublimity, nor any writer
40. His palm's generosity rivals springtime's youth
Though it seems he has bewitched springtide
41. When he rains, the passing clouds are humbled
Calling "You are the raining lifegiver"
42. O guardian of the Muslim's sanctity
You mend the broken guidance
43. You have conveyed the pleasure to others besides you
While you are ascetic towards it, aloof
44. They wish for your strong protection
While you are wakeful, unlike them

His formidable honor remains for you
46. Around you are people of radiant faces
Each a shining star
47. Thus it should be for the Prophet's family
Otherwise, where is the pride, O proud one?
48. The eye of the envious does not rest upon you
Except it harbors rancor within

If I speak, it is the common saying

Its door through which you are reached open
