1. Emerald branches laden with pearls
Sway gracefully like billowing white sails

2. Dropping golden beads that shine like stars
As if amber flowing over smooth clay

3. It's still daytime, though its light dims
While shadows creep beneath, cunning and sly

4. Then morning called out to awaken the day
Having won the race at dawn's first light
