1. Messenger of the Most High, virtue, goodness and guidance
Your name begins every line of glory

2. In your meanings, I contemplate the beautiful
My heart utters "Muhammad" when I hear it

3. And yearns with nostalgia and burning
So longing overflows which exceeded the goal

4. And dwells in me an abundant overflow of rapture
That saturates my heart, a lush meadow

5. And the day when Quraysh called its masses
And manifested defiance of the clear truth

6. And went with the fire of disbelief boiling and its hatred
Oppression crying out loudly and stubbornly

7. To eradicate the religion whose light has spread
Peace, faith, and affirmed justice

8. Does an unbeliever extinguish God's light with a breath?
Exalted is He who alone is supreme

9. When "God is great" thundered in the tumult
The voices fell silent at that call

10. There the two crowds met, one led
By the arrogance of Abu Jahl, snarling like a lion

11. And the other, whom He guided, standing before him
Reciting verses steadfastly with awe

12. The best of creation bared his arm for sacrifice
And struck the heads of the tyrants with his stirrup

13. And Gabriel in the nearby horizon cried "God is great"
To cast fear and terror into the souls of the enemies

14. And soon Quraysh fled with all its masses
Leaving Abu Jahl sprawled there dead

15. With banners lowered and pillars collapsed
The great arrogance that dominated now scattered

16. Bearing the burden of disgrace and defeated zeal
And exposed by prisoners willing to sacrifice for them

17. The nose of Abu Jahl rubbed in the dirt
And bare feet trampled him for his transgression

18. And whoever contends with the Merciful, his efforts fail
And his endeavors and toils are in vain

19. And how can wrong stand before a law
That transcends all laws in its purpose

20. Heavenly in its goals, its approach made
All people equal, black and white

21. It abolished racial differences in the world
It did not diminish the black to favor the white

22. Nor did it prefer one people and despise others
Or deny a right or refuse a hand

23. It intends guidance for people as their habit
They oppose whoever calls to good and guidance

24. And it is nothing new that we see this conflict
It is enmity but with new names

25. And it has become parties that fight amongst themselves
Yet they appear unified in face of religion

26. Messenger of guidance, your path has become threatened
And Jerusalem is about to be judaized

27. And my people do not mobilize armies to defend their rights
To uphold the truth lest it be destroyed

28. Tell me, O history, the face of Muhammad
That the masses obscured intentionally

29. When the world enumerates its glories
Our shining history began at Badr

30. And the echo of Badr still rings in our horizons
A chant reverberating through the ages

31. The lands you honored by Muhammad's swords
What is their excuse not to honor Muhammad

32. Messenger of the Most High, I pause in your praise
Hoping for some good when I stand before my Judge tomorrow

33. My tongue has spoken no sin or passion
And my poetry held no invalid or baseless words

34. I have not wavered like those who waver
And deviate, peddling indecency and entrapment

35. I am content with the lawful poetry of odes
I spoke that will remain when I am gone

36. He whose main concern in life is his next meal
Death is more suited for him than his miserable life

37. They do not look at what preceded them
In the shade of the rule of the Messenger of God or Omar

38. When they and God were their priority
When they were to this universe like the moon

39. When they were and the star of fortune shone
Among gatherings of them and individuals

40. God is great! People have now shed
The garment of modesty and become like donkeys today

41. So our era today compared to the Messenger's
The difference between them is like coal and pearls

42. Where is the prayer the Messenger brought
Obligatory on people at home and on a journey?
