1. Mother of the two springs, smile and be joyful
Exult in the history of heroism and flutter

2. Mother of the avenging lions, greetings
With the martyr's blood, register your glory

3. Mother of heroism, manliness and fathers
Demolish the tyrants' castles and shake them

4. Mother of the good fathers, your feats
Remain for Islam the sturdiest fortress

5. O breeder of the free, Hashimite brothers
The upright, reverent, tested

6. Steadfast in faith, undaunted and unbowed
To any tyrant, never humiliated

7. Like a towering mountain scorning the winds
Turning them away between its peaks

8. Noblest of lineages, highest of mansions
You have dwelt, loftiest of abodes

9. Guilty only of faith in Islam's justice
Not of the executioner's blade

10. O Hafsa of the Farouk, in our days
O epitome of the future exemplar

11. God, your chest never bowed to a bullet
From any hater or atheist dissolute

12. Mother of the two springs, forgive my pain
Agony, contemplation and endurance

13. Not all the heart has kept do I pour out
With perfection, and if I am silent, I have the right

14. Neither did I fear the peace conference nor sleep
You have a steadfastness like the stoic composed

15. And I saw vile disbelief insulting
Your deep-rooted Islam, hatefully imposed

16. So I cried defiantly in the tyrants' faces
While people wavered, confused and distraught

17. And you withstood tribulations like the lofty peaks
Exposing every devious misleading guide

18. And raised the banners of sacrifice billowing
Over the hills bare like an unarmed hero

19. You safeguarded Muhammad's faith from an unjust
Arrogant tyrant and from a vile transgressor

20. O lads of Hadebah, you are examples
To sincere loyal risers of perfection

21. True when others waver in confusion
And mujahideen of the finest breed

22. Steadfast when hardships amass
Shielding them with the most beautiful patience

23. What feats of heroism shall I recount for you
That will illuminate the horizons of the future?

24. And in what rhyme shall I compose epics
To be recited through time in assemblies?

25. Your martyrs have filled paradise, half of it
For the worlds, and half for Mosul

26. You have divided the pride of pottery, half of it
For the worlds and half for Mosul

27. O lads of Hadebah, do not forget blood
Spilled unjustly, and the vilest dishonor

28. Do not forget the children murdered from among you
And your women and aged isolated

29. Do not forget the guarded honor defiled
By vicious beasts spawned in the lowest pits

30. Do not forget the Quran torn up in blindness
Hatred, its letters trampled underfoot

31. O lads of Hadebah, guard your faith
And keep it boiling in hearts like a furnace

32. We will refute each corrupted doctrine
With a loftier creed and more perfect path

33. And instill in generations the clearest concept
Based on the guidance of the revealed Book

34. And foil the atheists' plots with a resolve
Never deviating from the straight path

35. And we shall go on, history witnessing
We have trod the way of the Prophet sent
