1. The stranger's dwellings in every land
Are like palaces built on snow.

كبنيانِ القصورِ على الثلوجِ
2. The snow melted, the buildings collapsed,
And the stranger was determined to leave.
٢. فذابَ الثلجُ وانهدمَ البنايا
وقدْ عزمَ الغريبُ على الخروجِ
