And rather be one to whom addition's made
١. فلا تكُ في الدنيا مضافاً وكنْ بها
مضافاً إليهِ إنْ قدرتَ عليهِ
2. For every addition to elements is exposed
While the addition's object in the genitive's laid
٢. فكلُّ مضافٍ للعواملِ عرضةٌ
وقد خُصَّ بالخفضِ المضافُ إليه
