١. مَنْ كانَ في علمه دخيلا
فللولاياتِ لا يليقُ
2. Especially so for a role that's new;
An expert, seasoned scholar it ordains.
٢. لا سيَّما منصبٌ جديدٌ
فكفؤُهُ عالمٌ عتيقُ
