١. إياكَ منْ غضبي عليكَ فإنَّهُ
سمٌّ يجلُّ الدهرَ عَنْ درياقِ
2. And beware my raging words, for if I spoke them,
They would fly on wings to the horizons.
٢. واحذرْ أهاجيَّ التي لو قلتُها
طارتْ بأجنحةٍ إلى الآفاقِ
