1. A whip, the sword seems trivial beside it
I see it amidst the occurrences of time
١. سوطٌ يقلُّ السيفُ عندَ عيانِهِ
وأراهُ بعضَ حوادِثِ الأيامِ
2. With it, he intends punishment for the Muslims
And so are the tables of rulers
٢. يَنوي به للمسلمينَ عقوبةً
وكذا تكونُ موائدُ الحكّامِ
