1. Their loss is no defect of their worth
For martyrs they have become
١. وليس وفاتهم بالردم نَقْصاً
لقدرهمُ ففي الشهداء صاروا
2. And in the Creator's might no flaw
Nor in the creature's lowliness, shame
٢. وما في سطوةِ الخلاّقِ عيبٌ
ولا في ذلّةِ المخلوقِ عارُ
