With multiples, for you are most just

4. Who else after you can we accept as judge?
Who can replace you? With whom can we find comfort?

5. Oh how long we speak of your noble traits
More subtle than fine musk, gentler than the softest breeze

6. Our master, judge of judges, of piety and knowledge bountiful
Of manners refined, devout and kind

7. Of faith intact, of generous spirit
Of propriety and charm, eloquence and gentleness

8. Are these verses of poetry whose strings you tie
To mend my broken heart or shall I despair?

9. You have honored me and raised my status high
One like you brings honor undoubtedly

10. If that order pleased me, so finely crafted
This separation grieves me, prolonged and deferred

11. No wonder Egypt is beautiful and grand
It’s said it combines the beauty of Joseph

12. You walked among us in an Umar-like manner
Glorifying the ears of the high and mighty

13. Strange that the days we met were so short
Rushing by like flashes of lightning snatched away

14. If I don't express my love for you it's concealed within
But they say feelings can't be described fully

15. Go safely with God, your name is good
Your honor protected, and you are exalted

16. You will be distracted from us by family and mates
And we will be consoled for you, despite the sorrow

17. Still we hope from God you will return
Bringing joy to the sad and life to the despondent

18. And God may again unite the scattered ones in kindness
Grace, for He is gentlest to all people
