1. I wish to gift longevity of my manners
On his feast, a breeze of lights and calls

2. To remain through time, more than his rule's money
Will not exceed with brilliance and peaks

3. Will not rise above with the scent of his genius
As if above the meaning of revelation, my intuition

4. I listened to his singing, the lords contributed
And the prophets and the flags of the brilliant

5. I did not find but the sincerity of advice intercedes me
And the noblest advice is not rewarded with listening

6. But I still remain the free man dependent
On my loyalty, my sincerity, and my opinions

7. I offer you from my conscience in its trials
Lessons transcending eras above passions

8. The landmarks of truth did not fail their issues
And an experience never ceasing to enrich me

9. As I advised you before in my passion
For your best, so hear my voice and echoes

10. As if my insight for you was ignorance
And the wisdom of the free is poison for the dainty

11. On your blessed birthday, what guidance
Can be hoped for save dispelling this lingering disease

12. And how can it be dispelled if the flatterers protect
This harm for the agony of the deceased and the living

13. The king has become so immoral in his depravity
And his symbol between crime and obscenity

14. Of every rogue in his burrows lost in senility
And every thief and drunk and adulterer

15. They exceeded locusts and plagues when they agreed
On ravaging money and spaces

16. Until Medina, the tomb shook with anguish
For a nation after light hostage to darkness

17. Until in Mecca, the house became in filth
From your people, between sons and loved ones

18. Squandering money to ruin their reputation
And killing the people in misery and hardships

19. Without knowledge, their differences have bonded them
To the morals of madness, frivolity, and foolishness

20. Until they became enemies of themselves
And their people atop illnesses and enemies

21. Woe to them! They made Islam a mockery
And darkness after glories and splendors

22. And they prepared a great revolution that will befall them
And your rule if you remain hostage to disregard

23. He who crushes the truth will revive and ignite it
And the truth is most eloquent amid clamor

24. And they asked the truth one day victorious by it
"Did you walk on fire or walk on water?"
