1. Blessed is Allah, is Kafoor an artist?
And that prostitution and crime is benevolence?

2. The clamor for him has spread, so the army made him their leader
And the swimmers made the shores of prosperity into lions

3. Prose has now become a slave in flattering him
And poetry has surrendered to him, far more than those who surrendered

4. We have been deceived, unless he has an illness
And dawn is diseased, with colors upon colors

5. To whom can I speak, counsel and preach?
While our leaders are deaf and blind

6. Either they are slaves seeking benefits
Or others whose wealth is vileness and tyranny

7. Or lovers of empty titles and nonsense
And all their pursuit is prison and jailer

8. What has muddled the people in the pens of their leaders?
It is as if they are feathers for ravens

9. And where, where are those we composed anthems for?
Praise for them as if praise is blasphemy

10. They have become demons, or they were created
From two despicable yet brave metals

11. And they spread the accusations of forgery loudly
Enslaving the free with lies

12. To whom can I speak when the days bear witness
To disgraces that have no description or explanation

13. To whom can I speak when the free have been silenced
And among all the people there is no human

14. To whom can I speak when they have imposed the religion of tyranny
As if oppression itself is faith

15. To whom can I speak when all the rulers
Are possessed by lies and slander

16. To whom can I speak when the hoped for is accused
And when I called out, the best of people betrayed

17. I ask God's forgiveness, there is no light or hope
No life, as if people never existed

18. Except a small group that cannot be sensed
Can the dust of the earth sense idols?

19. The sorrows of despair from a homeland have gathered us
Had it not been robbed by other homelands

20. And longing has gathered us that only
Desperation, sighs and fires can perceive

21. And meanings have gathered us that we do not express
As a volcano conceals the wrath of the Lord

22. Deprivation has gathered us in all its colors
And years of exile have gathered us

23. All of us, wherever an exile has lived
And all of us, wherever a thirsty one spends the night

24. And all of us consider the sacrifices for it simple
And how much one suffers, yet continues happy
