1. Where is the living conscience and passion
Rather, where, where are religion and faith

2. O nation that was guided by guidance
And its path what the Qur'an has outlined

3. It gave the utmost importance to the jihad of the self
And eliminated what Satan has erected

4. And built on the pillars of justice a state
In which the slave and the sultan are equal

5. And it went on and God's victory advanced its march
Undeterred by Persian or Roman

6. Wherever I looked I saw Ahmad's banner
Fluttering, with the brave flocking around it

7. And their motto is God is Great, a word
That thundered and made tyranny crumble

8. They did as they were ordered for the good of their religion
Hoping for the Most Merciful to be pleased with them

9. With this religion they were the best of nations
And the gentlest of those known by the countries

10. Until when many were foolishly distant
From their religion, many were humiliated and disgraced

11. And villains took over their homelands
After their homelands had spat them out

12. I know from the book of God that if
We do not change what has changed our status

13. And if the Jews had not taken over our Jerusalem
And if Dayan had not subjugated us with his tyranny

14. They would not have burned Al-Aqsa but they defiled
The sanctity of Al-Aqsa and so disgrace befell

15. The Muslims no matter where their homes are
And those who speak the dialect of Dad wherever they were

16. I do not believe, rather I believe what has happened
By God I am lost and confused

17. Since our setback I have learned while
Neither king nor sultan has learned
