Who cares for parents tenderly and sympathizes

That harmony with chivalry is more appropriate

In uniting Arabs when they were divided

14. You saddled the mount of harmony and still
With the most stubborn you deal gently

15. You see how men’s resolute determination
Makes predicaments submissive and flowing

16. Those whose eyes opened and saw you
Outpacing the generous, overtaking

17. If they appreciated your deeds, nothing would tie them
Except your mention, idle and constrained

18. How much we needed a leader like you
Who takes charge, your face radiating cheerfulness

19. Your hands planted goodness in its corners
So it grew by them thriving greenery

20. And made its expanse gardens with your care
With its vineyards and palms adorned

21. Breezes meander through the shade of its trees
Sweetening the murmuring streams

22. The warbler roams through its gardens
Singing joyfully, the groves delight it

23. How beautiful is life with those I love
A homeland you honour, and generous people

24. And a true friend whose serenity remains untarnished
A comrade who brings tranquility, not anxiety

25. No matter how the years pass with their treachery
And time is fickle, in it one cannot trust

26. This people will remember Zayed
With gratitude, for he is most upright in gratitude

27. Take from the prime examples you outline, my guardian,
Pearls atop the peaks of meaning shining

28. Inspired by a heart filled with love for you
And the heart when it loves does not flatter
