1. O king who has blessed me,

8. Scholarly knowledge has encompassed what was
Far from the honest man - distance caused sorrow.

9. Illness from a miserable abode

10. Your words assured me, like pearls
Perfectly strung together in a necklace.

11. Of a reunion in Egypt - I still hope
To reunite with the generous, beloved family.
