١. لَكَ ثَغْرٌ سَبَا الخَلائِق ذوْقَا
فَتَفَانَوْا بطيبِ ريَّاهُ عِشْقَا
2. If we sleep in it or live, let us be
To delight in it is bliss, yet torment
٢. إنْ نَمُتْ فيهِ أوْ نَعِشْ فَدعونَا
نُنْعِمُ البال فيهِ ذوْقاً ونَشْقَى
