1. Be patient and don't be angry if a liar
Slanders you unjustly out of hostility

2. Isn't this the way of God? So be at peace
The prophets and the Chosen One were the same

3. A person of little worth seeks to belittle a master
And accuses him falsely out of deceit

4. Yet providence makes his efforts futile
He rises confused and sits perplexed

5. And my Lord, mighty, reveals in his wisdom
A secret decree for one shamed unjustly
