1. Your title of glory is apparent and clear
An honor that increases like the dawn

2. An honor atop honor was added in generosity
For the loftiness of your essence, O Jajjah

3. This is the medal of pride, enjoyed only
By an honest reformer of good advice

4. King George the Conqueror gifted it to you
King of kings, bestower of gifts, caretaker

5. And he entrusted you with a sublime position
Permitted only for one of great esteem

6. You managed affairs with wisdom and composure
So the hawk and crocodile served you

7. And if matters closed their doors
And became difficult, you are the opener

8. Truly I say, and none can deny my words
Except an ignorant, impudent fool

9. You brought morning upon Oman and created
Clouds of life whose water is pouring

10. How many faded things returned lush
Those branches, fresh breezes

11. The lands and its people grew with you, they enjoyed
So their distance from you brought them joys

12. From them you earned thanks, sincerely, and praise
And you earned them profits from your virtues

13. Not all leaders are loved
Until souls are indebted to their love

14. The faces there are cheerful, blossoming
In them are meanings, and your mind explains

15. O worshipper of provisions, may you remain successful
And whatever you wish comes to fruition

16. You are the favored one, sir of gentlemen
The scripture's text praises them clearly

17. For you are well wishes, O venerable one, and for you congratulations
On every holiday, recurring and joys

18. And greetings, and to those you begot greetings, and to those
Who come and find fault, unsheathe your sword!
