1. Perhaps my time with happiness will return,
So proximity comes close or barriers depart.

2. I will then see dunes, with branches leaning on them,
And I will pluck the rose on my cheek while it is wet,

3. And pick the fruits of my lips while they are cool,
And reveal my arms for embraces under pretext,

4. Then shyness prevents excessiveness in it.
The moon will flow to me while forbidden,

5. And the gazelle will come to me distracted.
I will give the right of play a bridle,

6. And walk while the branches of youth chant.
And I will magnify the extent of love over shame,

7. And protect my chastity from it and defend.
One morning I surrendered to love without doubt,

8. That the devil of passion is rebellious.
And a night Suwaid's heart crossed intentions of longing,

9. While the stars slumbered motionless.
I ventured into the darkness of its severe darkness,

10. Where jinn ask: where are you heading?
A darkness like the pupils of demons in its color,

11. The light of fire does not penetrate it.
I abused it without a proper course,

12. And the turbidity of the dark screened my steps.
So my enemy in the woods roared,

13. Huge handed, strong armed and stubborn.
An angry brother, the valleys echoed his roar,

14. He pounced in his walk, ferocious.
So I subdued him, breaking the neck of the treacherous,

15. He is death, if it were not said to be of iron.
When the sword sheath revealed him, he shone as if

16. A youth, after calmness, burning with firewood.
With one strike, I scattered his body,

17. It has a habit of not starting yet recurs.
And I walked on while the enthusiasm of youth drove me,

18. Urging my determination, leading at times.
Until bonfires appeared vast,

19. As if they peeked under the darkness, black.
Glimpsing and hiding like the blinking resisted,

20. By vigilant eyes with dreamers around.
In front of a tent, every seeker took refuge,

21. He is keen to defend it, firmly intent.

22. If the eyelids of the old (death) touched him,
It takes him to the memory of a fleeting idea.

23. And if the breeze blew languidly, they woke up,
As thunder rouses the ever-cautious sleeper.

24. They took the weapons in their hands and put on armor,
So I was cautious of the fierceness of the people among them,

25. If a glance or a sigh escaped a youth,
Fearing violation of the tribe’s daughter’s honor,

26. While modesty exists among the debauchees.
I walked briskly at first dawn,

27. Until I entered the tent stealthily, as
The master shepherd approaches his worried herd.

28. So I kissed the sun, but rather its perfection,
Is more than the sun and the shining moon.

29. As the kisses of the mouths of kings in reverence,
The ground at the door of the royal abode, though distant.

30. Certain that crooked paths above it,
Lead to the King of Kings, then return.

31. That life, righteousness, generosity and dew,
Are his gifts or property and slaves.

32. He is the highest ambition and ability,
Unique in generosity and bounty.

33. When the remembrance occurs on earth though distant,
Its kingdoms prostrate when hearing.

34. For every arrogant in arrogance there is an end,
And each reaches the bottom of what they built.

35. He delivered to the world fully his justice,
So every day there is happiness.

36. Oh son of the helper of the kingdom, of opinion and service,
Your purpose for both types is proper.

37. Your father who strengthened the Caliphate after
Its pillars were shaken by hypocrisy,

38. And whitened the darkness of the nights through his justice,
And before that, their days were gloomy.

39. So he straightened the crooked nights through his justice,
And subjugated the difficult fate while stubborn.

40. Thus he left you for the world and religion a guardian,
To fight for both and be skillful.

41. To abolish injustice in its existence,
And bring dead justice back to life when absent.

42. And be fair, except in giving gifts, as its injustice
Is sure with your scattering of money.

43. To you and from you people come and go,
So your purpose between perishment and eternity remains.

44. It brings good news of your past generosity,
And delegations keep coming to your gifts.

45. Praising you in prose and poetry is a joy,
That adorns a sermon or poem.

46. Your attributes guide the eulogizers to compose them,
So every literary person eulogizing you is excellent.

47. If they were silent, your sublime traits would stand as a poet,
Eloquently composing a hymn for you among the people.

48. In each of your deeds is a miracle,
With witnesses from the necessities of visions.

49. Your days are days of continual granting,
And days of calamity in which an infant grows old.

50. You see determination in the war of existence as a duty,
A promise there is a sin and threat.

51. Your granting before requests is requesting,
And your gain before searching is gain.

52. The messengers of death and demise are subservient to your view,
For them in the wild are a guide and courier.

53. Generosity that brings growth of honor and richness,
And determination which reaps the summit of grandeur.

54. Oh self this is the first of the covenant of sublimity,
Oh fortune this promise to gain prominence.

55. And this most honorable, glorious position,
Which I strove for insistently and aspired.

56. And this most virtuous authority shelters me,
In its shade I am then happy.

57. Oh time wait, I no longer have an ambition,
For an event that takes me suddenly to perish.

58. Am I not in the abode of the kingdom, which in it,
For its Master, permanence of the Masters lasts?

59. I will take my revenge on your twists forcibly,
Take me, or else its changes will be arrested.

60. So providence continues to run by his command,
Its dispositions and events are soldiers.

61. And he continues envied by an eye, for he
Ascended high, no envious person matched him.

62. So the arena of honor will accompany his lifetime,
Continued existence for ages renewed.
