1. A beauty donned a narcissus garment
And breathed into the goblet with any breath
2. I woke her while the roses were awakened by the dew
And her cheeks were moistened by narcissus eyes
3. The sun was looking from behind a cloud
Dressed in camphor, in the finest dress
4. I woke her with a wave of my hand, so she began
To glance at me with eyes that did not sleep
5. She blushed until her cup was lit
So I reckoned it in the palm a burning coal
