1. Imprisonments and shackles and exile and separation
And memories of a beloved - truly mighty
١. أَسِجناً وَقَيداً وَاِغتِراباً وَفُرقَةً
وَذِكرى حَبيبٍ إِن ذا لَعظيمُ
2. And a man whose pacts and covenants endure
Is as excellent as I have known him to be generous
٢. وَإِنَّ اِمرأً دامَت مَواثيقُ عَهدِهِ
عَلى مِثلِ ما لا قَيتُهُ لَكَريمُ
