١. جِئتُكَ مِن بَلدَةٍ مُبارَكَةٍ
أَقطَعُها بِالذَميلِ وَالعَنَقِ
2. I die for love, kinship, advice and my ties to you are strong
And by Him to whom the people make pilgrimage wearing robes
٢. أَمُتُّ بِالوُدِّ وَالقَرابَةِ وَالنُ
صحِ وَقَطعي إِلَيكُمُ عُلقى
3. Except you, I have not trusted
You remain forgiving of sins and releasing the tied rope of the one guilty
٣. وَإِنَّني وَالَّذي يَحُجُّ لَهُ
الناسُ بِخِرقٍ سِواكَ لَم أَثِقِ
4. To the point where the innocent wish that with you
They had become, through time, intimate and connected
٤. ما زَلتَ في العَفوِ لِلذُنوبِ وَإِط
لاقِ لِعانٍ بِجُرمِهِ غَلِقِ
٥. حَتّى تَمَنّى البُراءُ أَنَّهُمُ
عِندَكَ أَمسوا في القِدِّ وَالحَلَقِ
