1. I made the planets graze at the edge of the horizon
For the bedouins' huts

2. The moments imprinted on the watching-places of the adult males
If not for reaching the watering places

3. Without hurting the chests
Their crime appeared

4. To the governors of affairs
Give me patience from the slender bodies

5. What is with them when
They are covered, they laugh through the curtains

6. A laugh that lengthens my hopes in them
Of lies and falsehood

7. While my eyelid continues crying
Blood throughout the ages

8. As if my tears' clouds
Emerge from the horizons' lightning

9. As if they tied for me
The rope of bliss upon bliss

10. Until when I harbored them
I carried them in my conscience

11. Do not belie, for the most
Truthful of what I threw with spears

12. And more piercing than the bite of
The languorous winking

13. And the looseness of the roving
Gazes' trails upon looseness

14. I am not prevented by the panic of panic
From the patience of the patient

15. I shall determine upon enduring
Time with determination arousing

16. He becomes my prisoner in the evening
With a glance from my eyelid

17. Crazed he reckons it
Borrowed from the supreme commander of the army

18. With incisors and canines in the gullets
Not with cheeks, necks, horizons or hair

19. He meets it the day of horror, it takes out
The lions from the eagles

20. And counts the days of glorious
War, long as months

21. And protects, if time passed by
And its people, with asylum

22. Serene, his name signifies it
It's the serenity of the helpless indigent

23. O granter of the world its vision the sight
Of the insignificant thing

24. Inform of hearing merely
That it's the home of delusion

25. How often it deceived for ghazwas
A raider wherein residing

26. And provided you with lasting
Hope, so it returned with the short term

27. When I saw you, my onlooking eye finds not
For you a peer

28. And I found your blessings busy
With spreading them to the resurrection

29. And they came in the verses of my poetry
As the bracelets in the wrists

30. And I sung of the perfected
Goodness in the account, without fractions

31. You were a man who gathered much
Of tribes in ease
