Bathed in grace mid the royal scene

7. Dawned in fate glorious sunrise
Glory still climbed to more glory

8. He claimed the name of blessing for aye
And by God’s conquest, ruins did he raise

9. A twig he came by his father’s essence
Ready for logic, an insightful lad

10. The branch resembles the parent stock
Wherever the gardens of mind are clad

11. Winds of mankind from vale of song
Greet his father of refined style

12. Gift him with joy—no surprise—
When a scion outshines his noble sire

13. Your time ends, O singular one
With a boy more radiant than all boons

14. The abode of bliss and sweet living
And may his heels bring goodness, too

15. God spared him from ruinous hands
That you may see him blest indeed

16. Possessor of knowledge, perfection and creed
And principles striding the loftiest lead

17. And so follow brothers of his
The finest sons of a dear proud sire

18. You see them like stars arrayed
Their morals are graced with extras and more

19. O scholar, praise what you gained
From a generous son—may his woe

20. Stay safeguarded, for you logged his time
Win by God’s opening and reap your hope
