10. A remedy like a wild doe prancing
Her thick black eyelashes pouring and excellent

11. A fawn enamored with straying and playing
Teasing the lovers—such are the cheek and the braids

12. And she spends the night with dewy eyelids
While in my brother’s affectionate eyes is repose

13. She did not intoxicate me—though I drank her
But her features and dark eyes did

14. Sorceress of eyelids—lethal is her glance
In her lips musk and cloves abide

15. Gazelle-like softly swaying in her robes
A branch pulled gently in embrace

25. How he promised goodness to himself and indeed
His promises flowed faithfully

26. His determination is well-mannered in the nobility of generosity
Tied and held like the fixed star

27. His morals are beautiful, his mark
Likewise for the lineages that rose in him

28. Valiant from the noble stars—they are
The people of chivalry and lofty summit

29. So all merit seen among the generous is
An emulation of his father the secured

30. After his unique father’s justice, she became
In the abode of security, the daughter of sheep and sword

31. O divider of wealth and foe freely
And gatherer of praise—he inspired its construction

32. You are congratulated, congratulated my lord, for a son
Who rose with his birth in strength and support

33. A star shone in the sky of beauty elevated
With fortune and glory described and praised

34. The supreme came to his cradle cradling
As goodness recites that life is limited

35. He is the glorious prince ascendant in nobility
Through his grandfather, father—and he is felicitous

36. So for the length of days, may he have joy
