1. Is it a cloud of the sky or smoke of fire
A drop yearned or water of roses

2. And here is a garden that appeared
To my eyes or gardens of eternity

3. Are its twigs flexile or rods
Adorned with its flowers like a necklace

4. And the nightingale of the garden, did it sing
Or a beautiful woman startled by a hunter

5. It aggravated what agonized the soul
And jokes often turned serious

6. Nothing but my tears like rose petals
Though people are annoyed by tears on cheeks

7. This existence intoxicated my mind
So the matter became confused to me
