1. A youth who ignores his neighbor's slips
And whose judgment in tribulations is strange;
١. فَتىً لا يُراعي جارُهُ هَفَواتِهِ
وَلا حُكمُهُ في النائِباتِ غَريبُ
2. Gentle when ignorance bewilders his folk
From gentleness, emerging from death, noble.
٢. حَليمٌ إِذا ما الجَهلُ أَذهَلَ أَهلَهُ
عَنِ الحِلمِ مَغشِيُّ الفَناءِ نَجيبُ
