1. Our era is full of tribulations
Its nature created evils and afflictions

2. The gathering of the ancestors in it is empty
The life in it withered and dried

3. We denied our own eyes
And our strings became silent

4. The flame of monotheism in us was robbed
Its fire and light were robbed from us

5. And if the system of life became corrupted
Then from tradition comes the salvation of the people

6. The traditions of the forefathers are the rope of safety
And from tradition comes the unity of the nation

7. O vine in the autumn of fruit
Watch for the rain and do not let the trees dry

8. You have been deprived of the sea, so remember you lost
O little water, and protect your river

9. Perhaps the violent torrents of mountains
Will flood abundantly in your valley

10. You can see the state of Israel in it
If your soul is an insightful soul

11. Look how time has tested it
And stripped it bare in dire tribulations

12. Its face is slapped in every instant
Nearly draining the blood from its veins

13. The hands of afflictions wrung out its grapes
The mention of Aaron and Moses is in the hearts

14. If an ember of it dimmed
Its breath remained in the chest

15. It followed the ancestors who carried
When its gathering there had scattered

16. O you whose gathering and status scattered
And the candle of life dimmed in your chest

17. Inscribe the sign of monotheism in your heart
And hold on to tradition's rein

18. Diligence in the age of regression
Takes the nations away piece by piece

19. Imitating the ways of the early ones
Is better than the negligence of the oblivious

20. Our ancestors were not possessed by passion
Their deeds were as pure as their souls

21. Their thinking was gentle and perceptive
Their actions were loyal to the Chosen One's law

22. Where is the thinking of Razi and the whispering of Ja'far
While the Arabs are guides of mankind

23. The religion has narrowed on us, make it easy
And every scoundrel claims his secret

24. They are ignorant of the religion, straying from it
O hot era, follow one approach

25. Tell me the secret pulse of life
It is only found in the successors, the shears of life

26. The unity of law is the life of the nation
For the Quran is the spirit of the faith

27. We are but clay and it is the heart, no doubt
It is the rope of God, so hold on to it if you wish

28. So fall in line with it like pearls
Or dissipate into dust in the winds
