1. Know me, the tongue of all beings
For the deeds of the universe are words in it

2. It organizes the purpose of the scattered life
So you see it as the shepherd of inspiration

3. We have turned away from under the eyebrow of desire
The humming of the bees does not divert us from nectar

4. Indeed, life’s purpose remains
It is the scattering of its powers brought together

5. When life knows what is sought
It makes the universe a cause for it

6. And by it things clearly flow
So the thing returns or is believed

7. The captain sails for the coast
And the traveler heads to the house

8. And the moth burns for the lamp
Spinning around the flame

9. Qays roamed the deserts for his beloved
Seeking her, hoping for their union

10. We did not need any trace in the deserts
Since she stayed in the towns

11. Indeed, the soul of action is the purpose
However it appears and whatever the amount

12. The blood circulating in our veins
Hastens earnestly towards our goals

13. The true life takes fire
Gathering flames like amber

14. It is the mallet for ambition’s lute
A center attracting all strength

15. It moves the limbs in mankind's body
Bringing diverse visions into one sight

16. So be madly in love with this beloved
Spin around it like a moth around a flame

17. Create the most exquisite melodies I hear
Teach the strings a wondrous composer

18. A man once tried carving thorns
But could not bear the sight

19. My friend, if you are heedless for a moment
The destination increases by a thousand miles

20. That scholar built steadily
With the joining of pillars

21. How much grows from his bamboo cane
To graze the fire of sorrow

22. How many gardens has he watered with his hands
To nurture a flower from a bud

23. How much you see him carve and erase
To see your carving on life's tablet

24. How many spirits has he breathed into melodies
To lift a tune from the minaret

25. And for ages he trained
The tyrants and brought war on the free

26. Then in your clay he sowed faith
Spreading the word of Tawhid from within you

27. A point the world revolves around
A word the world came to be

28. A power running the celestial spheres
And with it the sun lights the horizons

29. Pearls of the sea grew from its light
And waves swell from its light

30. Its breeze turned clay into wheat
Its finding turned feathers into a nightingale

31. In the grapevines it is a flame
And in the clay of cups a shine

32. Its melody hides in the garden of the world
Oh musician, the strings call you

33. Melodies flow in you like blood
Move the mallet in this melody

34. Tawhid is the purpose within you
You exist to glorify it

35. Jihad is the oath of the Muslim
Or the truth rings loud between nations

36. You do not know the verses of the Book
The address calls us the just nation

37. You are in the days light and sight
A witness over all mankind

38. Summon every intelligent one, inform
And speak to the illiterate

39. Say what is not whimsical speech
Truthful, never straying or lost

40. His hands grasped the pulse of this universe
Revealing the mystery of life's balance

41. He brought freshness to the flowers of life
And purified them of filth and gloom

42. His religion is eternal life
Never deviating from his guidance

43. O you who follows the revealed Book
Get up, do not sit idly from work

44. The mind of nations loves idols
Crying or worshipping statues

45. It gave life to an ancient practice
Creating gods in the world

46. Its name is color, land and lineage
It is one who joyfully sheds blood

47. And at the feet of this idol
Humans are slaughtered like sheep

48. O you who drinks from the cup of the beloved
O you who protects the self from the cup of evil

49. Take a sword that exists only through Him
And fell the idols with it

50. In the darkness of time, it shone for nations
Spreading truth completely over you

51. It will be ashamed of you on the difficult day
When the guiding prophet asks you

52. You took the truth from me, nothing prevented you
You did not convey it truthfully to others
