1. The schemes of fate against us are not to be trusted

Both of them are the worst of pairs

10. Time and world meet everyone born
To them in the position of sinking and abyss

11. For slaughter, those it fed of us and those it nested
No but also those it left unnested

12. If our two parents killed or fattened up to eat
Then no blood do they crave unjustly

13. A father, when his children grew up and aged
Ugly is he, a father stained with flaws

14. We are sacrificed by him like cups in the hands of a maker
And we are all between one released and one poured

15. It sheds our skin after its bitterness
Brittle bone and skin not softened

16. Sluggishness you see when it stands up leaning
On the ground, kneading the worst of mixtures

17. Until when we are spited, its screamer screams
Immortality does not belong to one whose soul is secured

18. And if it relents, then maladies are prone
Among fever, malignancy and plague

19. And war whose events ignite it against us
Until we are seen between one stricken and one stabbed

20. And a mother of evils, when a suckling
Of hers craves her breasts, she is prevented aggressively

21. She dries up and even if she once embraced a son
She would be like a snake whose neck is twisted

22. And we in that case show her our affection
Far from every foolish mind and idiot

23. We complain to God of an ignorance that harmed us
No, it is not ignorance but crazed knowledge

24. Passion misguided everyone reasonable so you do not see
Except a sane one with acts of a madman

25. We disobey God and disobey those advising us
And we respond to what is ugly and damned

26. A misleading desire and a devil with tricks
Misleaders and a plot not to be trusted

27. Admired by an enemy with adversity
Listened to for ages as treasured

28. And in our father and in it what lessons
If we took advice not worthless

29. Until when do we buy the world with the Hereafter
As stupidity and sell the above for the below

30. Justifying with hopes that delude us
And ornaments from preserved living arrogance

31. We flow with fate though ends approach us
While fate flows profligate without purpose

32. We compete with an immoral unrestrained one
While we are among those purposeful and calculated

33. It remains and we perish and we hope to stall it
With strides exerted in exhausted racing

34. Its events befall the passing moon
Until it is seen marked in a deformed figure

35. We build fortresses and enemies lie dormant
In us with every sharpness of iron well-sharpened

36. And we collect money hoping it immortalizes us
Yet before us Qarun refused immortality

37. We remain spending lifespans goodly
While from it souls are not joyous and not delighted by wealth

38. With certainty that we in it are guaranteed
A measure of reward precisely measured

39. O builder of the fortress founded it and raised it
As a refuge of power from enemies filled

40. Look to fate - did its tyranny evade it
In the ambition of an eagle or the swim of a fish

41. You built a fortress and the mother of evils cunningly
Decreed death upon you so look which one lies

42. And whoever fortified himself imprisoned by a term
Then his fortress is truly a prison for an imprisoned one

43. Have you not seen the death of the son of Isaac
With pillars of glory other than weakened
