1. I saw the one who strives to attain his fortune
Like one wandering in the night to gaze at a star

2. He walks but cannot reach that with his walking
And how could he when he sought a faraway glory

3. Why didn't he walk and surely his quest met him
Without toil, initiating, then pursuing

4. I see fortune comes to the fortunate spontaneously
While it tires all others striving therein

5. If the course of a star is the destination of an ambition
It rises to it, else that quest is impossible
