1. No, by the enchanting glances of eyes
Between the languid eyelids

2. None assumed power except triumphantly willed by God
And suffice you with my father their redeemer

3. Of blessed hands and pure nature
Whom time has never failed to honor

4. Obedience to God in him is rare
Do you see, O people, what discerned of my father an observing eye?

5. A master from masters of whom blessings never ceased to be manifest
He led us, and time has been a wedding ever since

6. With grants and radiant faces
After it had been wars that blaze

7. And calamities and grim faces
The horizons are now scintillating plains

8. Where once were unsheathed swords
The King swore an oath that he

9. Is but a symbol of God’s shining symbols
O Imam of people, increase him in bounty

10. May your palm remain forever able
And thank God who gave you it

11. If in his essence is a grateful soul
How much diverging you reconciled through it

12. And how much detesting you brought together
How much light you ignited and how much blaze God extinguished through it

13. So wear it proudly, it is
The best of your splendid crowns

14. And exemplify through its guidance, for it is
The best of your famed examples

15. O Abbasids, thank you, for you are
In gardens and blossoming meadows

16. Peace be upon you son of Suleiman, the grace of life and reward of the hereafter have been granted you
Every concealed palm extended and every faltering leg found rest

17. Through an Imam whose bounties never ceased to pour
Like raining showers

18. A king whose nobility no nobility preceded
And a minister who rebuilt the world for you

19. When it was but ruins scattered
The King built through him his edifice

20. After it had been vestiges demolished
And rejoice O House of Wahb, for it is

21. A winning ball never to lose
Of ancestors’ fortunes that arrived

22. And fortunes of present ancestors
They come in succession from Saud

23. Made forever rising, never falling
The ball of death has passed and after it came

24. The ball of eternity that buried the perished
Upon your aspirants there lies no poverty

25. Just as upon you lies no privation
The spheres revolved with victory for you

26. And defeat upon the head of your enemy
