١. تَبحَّثتُ عن أخباره فكأنما
نَبَشْتُ صداه بعد ثالثة الدَّفْنِ

To which I inclined my face, away from malice and stench
٢. تَضَوَّعتِ الأنباءُ عنه بنفحةٍ
زويتُ لها وجهي من الخُبث والنتنِ
