To be true, so return to the straight path

If you add a claim that requires no verification

6. And if you reject what I claim
I can reject your claim, restriction upon restriction

7. I described what is right for people
As did the person who herds them like friends

8. And I saw the souls as easier to take
Than a friend at the loss of rights

9. By my life, you spoke truthfully, even if
Around it raged the flames of confusion

10. Except that dispositions follow
What is familiar in every ease and unease

11. My temperance is innate and it is not wise
That you take the created being as your guide
