1. Your Nayrouz was auspicious on Thursday,
Flowing happily, no ill-omen in sight.

2. It was nothing but joy throughout,
And warmth and affection for the companion.

3. The shade of your kindness continues to pour
Precious water on us from your right hand.

4. So celebrate Nayrouz and make its latter part
Auspicious with a brother's kindness and favor.

5. Adorn Goodness in her dress anew,
Lest you see your life in its feeble garb.

6. Inclining gently towards pleasures
Amidst the loves and the tender plants.

7. O sons of Wahb, your bounties
Have settled permanently in your abode.

8. Never to disappear from you,
So rest assured against the fear of the woeful day.

9. Towards you flow all the joys,
And to you return the rest of the eager ones.

10. So adorn yourselves with them and bestow their merit upon us
O sons of every eminent ancestor.
