127. Praise, his tunic has not ceased being thin
Whom you see morals in this abode as rabble

128. And nothing in it their equals missing
You meet him with close custom, drawing near

129. And you see him with distant repute, diverse
His virtues made you choose him, benevolent, lofty

130. As we scarcely see a benevolent, balanced
We tested, so we praise silence befitting him

And when we know not the outcome of a scheme

132. We remain asking him opinion divining
He heard prayer while others were obstinate

133. And heeded praise while being pure, purified
And he was careful with praise I gifted him

136. Melodiously, in all of it, not distorted
And of fortune, that you call a hearing one

137. When supplicating, and perceive a perceiver
And when I, bent in your praise in my praise

138. And when does one see requiting praise, equitable?
You found me rugged, so you were my smoother

139. And saw me dishevelled, so you were the anointer
And I asked a people, so their gifts were miserly

ูกูฃูฉ. ู…ุง ุฃุธู‡ุฑูˆุง ุนุฐุฑุงู‹ ูˆู„ุง ุญุฌุจูˆุง ู‚ูุฑู‰ู‹

140. And they indeed saw my time as long, prolonged
Yet all creation refused hosting me

141. While you hosted me until hosts you made me
They showed no excuse or hid any towns

ุญุชู‰ ู„ู‚ุฏ ู„ุญู‚ูŽ ุงู„ู‡ุฒูŠู„ ุงู„ุณุงู…ู†ุง

142. Except you saw me commanding, not seeking
You are the one who sacrifices, and your home a Kaaba

ูุฌุนู„ุชู‡ุง ุจุงู„ุนุงุฑูุงุชู ุซู…ุงุฆู†ุง

143. Your hands made generosity in it residing
The spring of your favour encompassed all people

144. Until even the emaciated joined the fatted
You came across the banners of fame as miserable

ูˆุฌู†ุฃุชูŽ ู…ู†ู‡ ุฃุฌู†ู‘ูŽุฉู‹ ูˆุฌู†ุงุฆู†ุง

145. Yet made them with the knowing like flags
And found our souls in them blameworthy

ูกูคูฅ. ุฃุนุทูŠุชูŽ ุญุชู‰ ุจุงุชูŽ ุจูŠู† ุญู„ุงุฆู„ู
ุตูŽุฑูุฏูŒ ููŽุฑุดู’ุชูŽ ู„ู‡ ููุฑุงุดุงู‹ ุณุงุฎู†ุง

146. So you returned our souls in them praiseworthy
A favour you enlivened elders of a folk

147. And rescued from it fetuses and gardens
You gave until among straits

ูกูคูง. ู„ูˆ ูƒูู†ุชูŽ ุนูŠู†ูŽ ุงู„ู…ุฌุฏ ูƒู†ุช ุณูŽูˆุงุฏูŽู‡ุง
ุฃูˆ ูƒู†ุชูŽ ุฃู†ููŽ ุงู„ู…ุฌุฏ ูƒู†ุชูŽ ุงู„ู…ุงุฑู†ุง

148. A naked one you furnished cushions warm
So he loves his life, though it was seen

149. Before your benefaction cursing it
Were you the eye of glory, you would be its blackness

ู‚ูุทุนู ุงู„ุฑูŠุงุถ ู„ุจุณู’ู†ูŽ ูŠูˆู…ุงู‹ ุฏุงุฌูู†ุง

150. Or were you the nose of glory, you would be its borer
Or if the spheres of sublimity were seven

151. You would breach them, ascending an eighth
Take them to you, O Abu al-Husayn, as if they were

152. Meadow bouquets worn one day scented
It scattered upon you the eulogy of it, as if
