1. The wretched one, al-Bayhaqi, and the clear
You will not see in one or two

2. In the vileness of two dog-like
The examination exposes their ugliness like two monkeys

3. And the ignorance of two camels if you ask them
About the door of knowledge and the foolishness of two goats

4. If they promised and broke their promise
Or told you a tale of betrayal

5. Or carried from a trust just a bit
They would be the suspicious, not the trustworthy

6. This one sells verses for his evil
While his parents are for just two cents

7. He sold the words of the prince greedily
For just two loaves of bread

8. And leftovers of boiled wheat that soured
The seller of adornment is the buyer of disgrace

9. Oh you unprincipled seller without any goods
Called out by no critic or eye

10. And the Clear joins him in disgraces
May Allah not bless the two partners

11. Go back to the Clear, all who know him
You have paid double for the evil

12. In him and the Ignorant one there is a lesson
He gave him his respect doubly

13. His assembly with the prince honored him
But he died the death of religion

14. So his reward was what it was
God made him arrive at the place of ruin
