Is enough for the elephant against a worthless tusk?

18. I wondered at my standing at Amr’s door
When he was never of great value.

20. He is wise, we bought him with a bag
And whoever does not buy a wise one with a bag!

21. Oh Amr! Your virtue over the Christians
Is like the virtue of Wednesday over Thursday.

22. So do not be stingy with your honor when insulted
For you are of fine manners.
