١. لا ترى نرجساً يشبَّه بالور
دِ إذا ما أردت فكراً وعينا
2. And of the roses there are those that resemble narcissi,
Knowing that in that there is meagerness.
٢. ومن الورد ما يُشَبَّهُ بالنَرْ
جِسِ علماً بأن في ذاك رينا
