1. With praise to the Master of praise, bestower of virtues,
I compose sublime poetry on issues,

2. Issues about the Sheikh of existence, the most pious,
Eradicator of enemies, of every misguided and ignorant one.

3. I mean Al-Habr ibn Yatimah Al-Ridha,
In some of which complex earthquakes occurred,

4. He differed from Nu'man in them and Malik,
And from Ahmad and Al-Shafi'i the exemplars.

5. Some companions came asking for their poetry to be composed
So I loved to gain the prayer of the asker,

6. Although I have no expertise or knowledge,
And am not qualified for verifying sciences.

7. But I hope for God's mercy,
And knowledge and understanding of all issues.

8. The first is shortening the prayer for any
Travel, according to every speaker.

9. And they are equal according to the Sheikh, whether
Its distance was long or similar in likeness.

10. This is the doctrine of the Dhahiris that came
And from some of the Prophet's excellent companions.

11. And they consider the unmarried mature woman excused with them
And he was not inclined to their sayings.

12. And he chooses what Al-Bukhari chose, and he came
With this on the authority of the son of sweet traits.

13. And that is Al-Farouq, and the saying is of his son,
And thirdly what he said in issues.

14. I meant the son of the Caliph of piety
So their doctrine is no make-up for the doer.

15. And their principle is what is mentioned in the two Sahihs
Which has passed versified so do not be neglectful

16. And whoever was enjoying their Hajj,
Obligatory or else in all supererogatories.

17. One Sa'i suffices him in his choice,
And Ahmad reports it from some of the virtuous.

18. And Ibn Abbas was a proponent of that
So he is a greater role model of virtues.

19. And the Sheikh permitted racing without
Making it permissible what is not a day for fasting.

20. Even if they stipulate an award and this is his choice,
And he was an imam, scholar of issues.

21. And one who is redeemed, she is excused with her menses,
In this is a mursal hadith among transmitters.

22. And coitus, o friend, I mean with suspicion,
And one who is divorced one of the three perfections.

23. Likewise, one who copulates with a woman made lawful
By ownership, of the beautiful idolaters.

24. And he permitted contracting for a cloak for a pilgrim
With his pilgrim garb so understand the speech of the virtuous.

25. And he permitted a menstruating woman to perform tawaf
And not what they have made obligatory with the like.

26. If she could not perform tawaf while pure
And her companions had approached departure.

27. And he permitted selling juice with its origin
Like oil with olives so do not be unaware.

28. Likewise ablution, o friend, from everything that may
Be called pain, is permissible without obstruction.

29. Equal to him absolutely or restricted,
And we saw from him unrestrictedly in issues.

30. And he permitted selling jewelry and other things
If made of silver with the difference.

31. For it and the surplus is made for the one
Who made it with the superior in exchange.

32. And if it falls into a liquid of filth,
Whether little or not carrying.

33. It does not become impure with him
And he was more deserving of proofs than them.

34. And whoever feared missing Eid or Friday
Loss and water is not available that day.

35. If he performs Tayammum that is
Permissible to him so meet virtue with reward.

36. And from what transpired from them are disasters,
Great sins, and the like came to it with earthquakes.

37. By his fatwa that divorce when it comes
Thrice in one statement without completion.

38. And none takes place, but rather all those together
Are one according to his saying like examples,

39. From the companions in the era of the Prophet and after him
Until it was permitted with a just punishment.

40. And if separated, when it would not have been
Upon the way of the infallible, best of the virtuous.

41. And from one who swore off divorce in his oath
An expiation, but it is with tremors.

42. And he was threatened, rather harmed, for his fatwa with it
And how many times until now from the aggressive.

43. And the Sheikh Imam wrote a book,
With a thousand pages, repelling the questioner.

44. But he will meet with his opponent
Before God and the Merciful, most just of judges.

45. And in some of what I have composed in verse,
There are positions from them regarding issues.

46. And he said this is what he differed with them in
The Sheikh, this is an outline for the transmitter.

47. May God join all the youth have granted
And what the blowing winds have quenched for the bereaved.

48. Upon Muhammad the guiding, trusted, Prophet
And his companions and family, people of virtues.
