1. O good counsel for the honored king
And I am awake for his benefit

2. So for him you have a blessing in his kingdom
All interests have become grateful to it

3. Indeed, for your age, how wisely did you choose
An assembly around him that he honors

4. He did not give it except to a truthful trustee
A courageous protector of the high ranks that befit him

5. People singled him out with the best mention
And God adorned him with good remembrance

6. No position in judiciary and administration
Except that the light of his perfection illuminated it

7. And now when this crescent rises resplendent
In an attire whose beauty made it brilliant

8. Yemen said celebrating and recording history
Rejoice for a full moon that illuminated existence
