These blessings but the fruits

8. Of a lord staunch in resolve and determination, his followers
So when success was decreed and the matter initiated

9. And pages of glad tidings flew to him
We found a gentle king beautified

10. By perfect traits that collect praise
Wisdom, clemency, capability, and prudence

11. Of excellent perspective we spend what his means allow
Enough that the king choses his men

12. With uncanny deliberation meeting its place
So may God facilitate his every desire

13. And grant him happy kingship, and how fine his company
Whose nature firmly rooted in praiseworthy traits
