3. If I say you are noble, 'tis your nobility,
Or say you are mighty, that power is yours alone.

4. If I say you're a poet whose verse is majesty,
Arranging pearls in finest diction shown.

5. They say I've said nothing that's not plainly seen
By any who behold your visage keen.

6. Or if I say you're generous, all can glean
None can your benevolence preen.

7. In short, you are the honor and crest acclaimed
Of excellence in this age. Constancy your fame.

8. All you are is Mustafa, the paragon supernal,
Praised by comrades and compeers eternal.

9. So accept, my lord, these inadequate words of praise
From the garden of my heart they raise.
