1. The doer of good, with good shall be requited
And in his grave, a companion he'll be.

2. Those mindful of God, exalted degrees await,
Above the lowly, removed from meanness.

3. Before them came every goodness from their Lord
No hissing shall they hear, only sweetness.

4. She who lived long years and lies in this tomb
Her deeds were noble, matching her name's meaning.

5. He called her to be near, to bring him joy
With grace for her love, sanctifying her being.

6. On Thursday the first of Jumada passed
To the Merciful's side her soul rose freeing.
