1. O you who look, let your cheeks flow with tears
And scatter over this tomb its construction

2. This is a shrine that contained one who achieved
Through word and good deed her aspirations

3. She knew that a neighbor shields a neighbor
So she held fast to Al-Shadhili her imam

4. And for her love she pitched felicity’s tent
Between Ibn Arafa and Al-Sharif Khayyam

5. So pray to the Master for mercy upon her, for long
Did she have mercy and extend to mankind her bounty

6. Her date, may God accept her work
And Saad remain behind and before her
