Their names originally point to non-Arabs

2. Like Ibn Khagan from an era past and gone
And Ibn Barmak, so understand me and do not blame

3. For there is not among the Arabs
Nor is there for the Arabs any share of this speech

4. Leave them be and do not incline towards them with any shred of love
And be vigilant though they change their names in regret
