1. Suns of literature rise in the gloom
And cast their rays on the horizon of conscience
١. شموس مِن الآداب تَطلع في الدُجى
وَتُلقي عَلى أُفق الضَمير شُعاعَها
2. Meanings converge in a conscience as if they were
Hopes that found their gathering by chance
٢. مَعانٍ تَوافَت في ضَمير كَأَنَّها
أَمانيُّ قَد صادَفَت مِنها اِجتِماعَها
