1. O you who saw the dome where
The attributes of eternity gathered in its attributes,

2. As if it were an ornate garden,
And imagination falls short of its wonders.

3. The jinn submitted to it when they saw it,
Strange to mankind as we are amidst its curiosities.

4. In its sky a constant cloud pouring down
Without a cloud being created for its pourer.

5. It rushes upon us while the sky is awake,
No pearls are hoped for from its clouds.

6. In it are inscriptions that murmur
The murmur of the garden in its sides.
